Thank you both for helping “straighten me out”.  When I started working with you I had limited movement in my hips, my right leg was almost two inches shorter then my left, and my neck and shoulders were painfully stiff.  Today, my yoga practice shows dramatic improvement as well as wearing pants.  Currently there is less than a half inch between leg lengths.  For the past 15 years I had to have my pants legs hemmed accordingly and now they are off again because they are normal!  The range of motion in my neck and shoulders are better than I ever imagined.   I appreciate you both taking the time to explain and show some techniques that can be done at home to continue the improvement you provided in my range of motion.  It's a miracle – I never imagined I could become this flexible and not have the constant pain.  Thank you!!!!   ~ Sylvia
